(OTCBB: GNPI) and IFC Films have come together to release Land of Plenty, a poignant exploration of post-9/11 America and the intense diverging feelings of this country’s affected citizens on October 10, 2006. Directed by Wim Wenders (Paris, Texas and Wings of Desires), the film taps into a current cultural topic with an honest portrayal of American reactions. Land of Plenty features an outstanding cast including Academy Award(R) Nominee Michelle Williams, John Diehl (Down in the Valley, Jurassic Park III) and Shaun Toub (Crash, Stigmata).

This is the second film to be released to DVD from Genius Products, Inc. that centers on post 9/11 attitudes. Released in August 2006, Sorry Haters is an intense thriller set against the anxieties and fears of post-9/11 Manhattan, where an Arab cab driver (Abdellatif Kechiche) picks up a troubled professional woman (Robin Wright Penn), but has no idea that he'll be the one to pay! Land of Plenty will be available in stores on October 10th and will carry a suggested retail price of $24.95. Order due date is August 29.

SYNOPSIS: Land of Plenty

Using the streets of Downtown Los Angeles as the backdrop, the film is a darkly humorous and powerful exploration of post-9/11 America. John Diehl (Paul) and Michelle Williams (Lana) are each firmly dedicated to what they see is their job of making America better. After they witness the apparent random shooting of a homeless Middle Eastern man, they decide to investigate the incident together, but for very different reasons. On this quest for the truth, their different views of the world collide radically and their journey reveals several sides of America and its reactions to the 9/11 attacks.
