If you are experiencing audio distortion on your Swamp Devil DVD and would like a replacement DVD, please send an email with your name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone number to swampdevilDVD@geniusproducts.com.

Genius products will mail you a prepaid and pre-addressed envelope to the address listed in your email. Place the Swamp Devil disc you want replaced in the envelope you receive, along with a piece of paper with your name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone number, seal the envelope and place the envelope in the US mail.

Do not send the DVD packaging, only send the disc. Please also remember to include your address information on the return envelope containing your DVD. Upon receipt of your Swamp Devil DVD, a replacement will be mailed to you.
